Return and Refund Policy

Subscription Products:


We are confident in the quality of our product and we stand behind it 100%. However, we understand that problems may arise. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if you encounter a problem that we cannot resolve, rendering the system unusable, we will be happy to provide you with a full refund under the following terms:

  1. Technical reimbursement conditions:

    • We will only issue a refund if we cannot resolve the technical issue for you.

    • Before requesting a refund for a technical issue, please contact us for assistance.

  2. Reimbursement period:

    • Refunds can only be issued within 7 days of the date of purchase.

    • No refunds will be processed after this period.

  3. Reimbursement percentage:

    • Within 1 day = 100% refund.

    • Within 2 days = 75% refund.

    • Within 5 days = 50% refund.

    • Within 7 days = 25% refund.

    • After 7 days = no refund.

  4. Processing refunds:

    • If you paid by credit card, refunds will typically be processed and funds returned to the customer's bank account debit card within 20 business days.

    • However, in some cases the refund process may take up to 90 days.

Important note: We are not responsible in the event of a supplier going bankrupt. In this case, the loss is shared among all users.
